2009 Big Sky Meet, May 22 to May 25, 2009 in Billings, Mt
Hello to everyone,
The 38th Annual Montana Big Sky Memorial Weekend Corvette Meet will be hosted by the Glass Reunion Corvette Club in Billings the weekend of May 22nd-May 25th, 2009.
We have set up the Billings Hotel and Convention Center as convention headquarters. You may book your room now at 800-537-7286 and be sure to mention the major word CORVET. We have secured special rates for rooms here for convention attendees. Any problems with booking a room please feel free to contact me via email and I will try and help.
In 2003 we hosted the convention and had 175 Corvettes attend from all over the U.S. and Canada. I have a list of all attendees at last years state meet in Bozeman and I have already sent out one email to everyone. Please feel free to invite everyone you know and everyone in your Corvette club. Just have them drop me a note via email to the email at the bottom of this and I will add them to the list and keep them in the flow as things progress on.
The agenda will follow previous Big Sky Meet’s in that Registration will take place on Friday afternoon and early evening and Saturday morning. A social is planned for Friday evening with discounted tickets to a great Comedy show at the Billings Hotel. Saturday will see the Show N Shine take place along with other fun filled events and of course we have Calamity Jane players performing on Saturday evening. Sunday will be autocross and another event for those not wishing to autocross and the traditional Sunday evening banquet and trophy presentation will also take place.
