It's Meet week!!!!
Our guests will be arriving soon.
Here's a schedule of events for your use:
2009 BIG SKY CORVETTE MEET
MAY 22ND-25TH, 2009
May 22nd
Registration 3P.M.-8P.M.
Clothing Sales 3 P.M.-8P.M.
Free BBQ from 5 P.M.-7P.M.
Discounted Comedy Show 8P.M. till ( on your own) Billings Hotel
May 23rd
Registration 8 A.M. -Noon
Show N Shine 7:30-11:00 K Mart Parking Lot
Saturday Rally-Departs Billings Hotel Parking Lot Noon (Lunch on your own) Turn in sheets upon return to Hotel
Saturday Evening begins with no host bar from 6-7 P.M., Western Buffet begins at 6:30 till 8:00 and then we will be entertained by Calamity Jane Players from 8-11P.M.
May 24th
Autocross begins at 10 A.M. at Skyview High School (map in packet)
Funkhana begins at 10 A.M. until 11:30 A.M.
Lunch on your own
Poker Run will depart Billings Hotel Lot at 1:00, should be back by 4 P.M., turn in sheets upon returning to Billings Hotel
Sunday Banquet with guest speaker, presentation of trophies, etc with begin with no host bar at 6 P.M., Dinner at 6:30
May 25th
Officers meeting at 9 A.M. at Billings Hotel
The 38th Annual Montana Big Sky Memorial Weekend Corvette Meet will be hosted by
the Glass Reunion Corvette Club in Billings the weekend of May 22nd-May 25th, 2009.
We have set up the Billings Hotel and Convention Center as convention headquarters.
You may book your room now at 800-537-7286 and be sure to mention the major word
CORVET.
We have secured special rates for rooms here for convention attendees.

In 2003 we hosted the convention and had 175 Corvettes attend from all over the U.S.
and Canada.
The agenda will follow previous Big Sky Meet’s in that Registration will take place on Friday afternoon and early evening and Saturday morning. A social is planned for Friday evening with discounted tickets to a great Comedy show at the Billings Hotel. Saturday will see the Show N Shine take place along with other fun filled events and of course we have Calamity Jane players performing on Saturday evening. Sunday will be autocross and another event for those not wishing to autocross and the traditional Sunday evening banquet and trophy presentation will also take place.
